The story of my life
(shortened):
After being born in Bremen, North Germany, the Berlin wall came down and I was moved to Dresden, East Germany to learn the trade as an apprentice at my parents’ Design Agency Strauss & Partner. I then went to Berlin, to study visual communications at the University of the Arts (UdK). In between I improved my skills in illustration and the English language at Lincoln University, Kingston upon Hull, England. After having my diploma, I joined Jung von Matt/Berlin, where I quickly abandoned my intern status to become an Junior Art Director, then Senior AD. From there I went to BBDO/Berlin where after two years I was promoted, becoming Creative Director for the global Bosch Household Appliances account.
In my Advertising life I worked on Adertising concepts, Corporate Design, Corporate Publishing, Content Marketing, Packaging and Brand design. For small and big clients. For domestic and global markets.
After roughly 14 years in Design an Advertising I then became a Freelance AD/CD happy to help on any project of yours.
I am situated in Berlin, but I own a car and can go wherever you need me. Just get in touch:
